Catarina, a passionate dentist with over 15 years of experience, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of Porto in 2009, where she obtained her LMD. After practicing private dentistry for 6 years, she moved to the UK, where she’s continued to provide exceptional patient care and a full range of treatments. Driven by a dedication to oral health, Catarina pursued further education and in 2022, earned her Diploma degree with Distinction in Dental Implantology from the University of Bristol. She practices private dentistry and, although she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, she has a special interest in oral surgery. Beyond dentistry, Catarina cherishes spending time with family and friends , travelling, reading, and enjoying nature walks.

MSc in Endodontics
Dr Dimitar Krastev graduated as a master-dentist from the University of Plovdiv in 2004. After gaining four years of experience in Bulgaria, in 2008 he moved to the UK to gain more knowledge, more experience, and deliver the best dental care possible. Since 2009 he has been working in a fully private practice.
In the same year he gained a certificate of Advance Aesthetics from Eastman Dental Institute.
He was one of two postgraduate students who finished his Masters degree in Endodontics within 3yrs which included extended education in different modalities in keeping the nerve of the tooth alive or if it was not possible to perform root canal treatments. If the latter has failed, a root canal re-treatment could be provided.
Dimitar has a special interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry and he is currently working towards a diploma in restorative dentistry. He has finished one of the advanced Bioclear courses allowing him to deal with the closure of dark triangular spaces and performing predictable composite build ups for the front and back teeth.
In 2022 he has published three articles regarding to the use of Fluorescence light in general dentistry.
He is a member of the British Endodontic Society and the European Endodontic Society. He is also a regular member of the local Newbury Study Group where dentists from different backgrounds and specialities exchange knowledge.
Outside dentistry, Dimitar is married and has three children. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. They enjoy long walks and observing nature.
